I’m a bit off the beaten path but have 1.1 acre lot that most of which is not in use. This would be a great place if you need an area where you can work on your rig without any public restrictions. There are several spots that are mostly level for any size rig to park on.
I am completely off grid so no hookups. I do have a water tank if you need water. I pay $0.10 per gallon so would need reimbursed for whatever you use.
There are a few shops in town in Concho. Gas station w/diesel. Feed shop that has propane. Family Dollar. Home Depot, Lowes, Ace, Orielly’s, AutoZone, Walmart, Tractor Supply are all within 35 minutes of here for any supplies you need.
